ADDICTION TREATMENT PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Steve Smith of EB5 Coast To Coast and Doug Leech of Ascension Recovery Services have teamed up to address this national crisis by starting a venture, Smith Douglas Holdings LLC, that will open multiple addiction treatment centers, starting in Doug’s home state of West Virginia.
The operator of each addiction treatment center (ATC) will be Ascension Recovery Services which is a leading national developer of behavioral health programs and one of the most sought-after Management Services Organizations (MSO) in the operation of ATCs. It has extensive experience developing and managing programs across the country, working with state and federal government, hospitals, and large health care systems; and has helped develop 66 treatment programs in 25 states since 2016.
EB5 Coast To Coast is a family of USCIS-designated EB-5 Regional Centers, spanning from the Atlantic to Pacific Oceans. Presently their Regional Centers cover areas in 41 states, including most major metropolitan areas. They partner with investors and developers to facilitate capital investment in projects that will create jobs and provide opportunity for immigration through the EB5 visa program. For over 30 years Steve Smith and his team have specialized in the development, construction and operations of residential and mixed-use projects, a popular investment type for EB-5 investors. Over 400 EB-5 investors have been sponsored by EB5 Coast To Coast-affiliated Regional Centers in other projects.
